Cross-Border E-commerce Data Analyst (Amazon/North America)
Responsibilities
Product knowledge: Fully grasp product parameters, pricing system and market positioning of cylinder pressure gauges, radiator leak detectors, AC manifold gauge sets and other core products.
Market research: Collect sales volume, keyword traffic and advertising data of competing brands VEVOR, OMT, dig out market demand and product optimization insights.
Deliverables: Weekly sales data report, monthly competitor analysis report, FBA inventory turnover analysis sheet, advertising ROI optimization plan.
Communication: Present data analysis results to product marketing and finance teams, convert complex data indicators into clear operational adjustment suggestions.
Requirements
- Data analysis portfolio including Amazon store operation reports and competitor research documents
- 1.5+ years of cross-border e-commerce data analysis experience, familiar with Amazon seller background
- Excellent logical expression and interpersonal communication skills
- Keep tracking North American auto repair tool market trends and Amazon platform policy changes
- Able to build data dashboards, make multi-dimensional data charts and complete profit simulation models
- Accurately estimate analysis cycle, independently sort out priority of analysis projects
- Have practical experience to optimize store sales volume and advertising cost through data analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, E-commerce or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in Excel PivotTable, VLOOKUP, familiar with Jungle Scout, Helium 10 and other data tools
