Cross-Border Product Marketing Manager (Auto Repair Tools)
Responsibilities
Product knowledge: Master all series of auto repair tools including cylinder testers, cooling system tools, brake oil changers and AC maintenance equipment, and clarify differentiated product selling points.
Market research: Study demand characteristics of North American repair shops and DIY car owners, collect marketing cases of competing industrial tool brands.
Deliverables: Annual product marketing plan, Amazon Listing optimization scheme, TikTok social media promotion plan, quarterly marketing effect review report.
Communication: Cooperate with design, data analysis and supply chain teams, synchronize marketing rhythm, and deliver clear brand promotion demands to cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Marketing portfolio including cross-border product launch plans, social media promotion cases and listing optimization samples
- 2+ years of cross-border e-commerce marketing experience, industrial hardware / auto tool industry experience preferred
- Outstanding cross-department communication and coordination skills
- Insight into marketing trends of Amazon, TikTok and independent station channels in North America
- Able to write complete marketing copy, design promotion logic and produce channel launch prototypes
- Accurately evaluate marketing activity budget and cycle, independently prioritize multi-product promotion plans
- Successful experience of creating hot-selling industrial hardware products through marketing operation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Trade or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Skilled in Amazon background operation, keyword research tools, Canva and other marketing auxiliary tools
