Supply Chain & FBA Logistics Specialist
Responsibilities
Product knowledge: Master the production process, packaging requirements and quality standards of auto repair tools such as cylinder pressure testers and radiator leak detectors.
Supply chain management: Coordinate with Zhuji factories to track production progress, inspect product quality and handle production exceptions.
Deliverables: Production scheduling plan, FBA shipping plan, inventory management report, logistics cost accounting sheet and customs clearance documents.
Communication: Communicate with logistics providers, factories and sales teams, synchronize shipping status and solve logistics problems in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Work portfolio including supply chain scheduling plans, logistics cost analysis reports and FBA shipping records
- 1+ years of cross-border e-commerce supply chain or FBA logistics experience
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with North American FBA shipping process and international logistics market trends
- Able to independently complete order scheduling, logistics booking, customs clearance and after-sales follow-up
- Accurately estimate shipping time and cost, reasonably arrange inventory and prioritize shipping orders
- Experience in managing industrial products or hardware supply chain is preferred
- College degree or above in International Trade, Logistics or related field
- Proficient in Excel, familiar with logistics management systems and basic English reading ability
